Lower Body Workout

intensive training for the lower body, aimed at strengthening the buttocks, thighs and leg muscles. It includes exercises with minimal weights and a large number of repetitions.

Upper Body Workout

strength training for the upper body, aimed at strengthening the muscles of the back, shoulders, arms and chest. It includes exercises with dumbbells, barbells and simulators.

Cardio workout

aerobic training aimed at improving the cardiovascular system and fat burning. It includes exercises on treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes.
